New York Emissions Target

NY: In June 2002, the State Energy Planning Board released The 2002 State Energy Plan and Final Environmental Impact Statement, which established goals to reduce statewide GHG emissions to 5 percent below 1990 levels by 2010, and 10 percent below 1990 levels by 2020.
