This database contains in-depth case studies on state and local programs that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Some programs were designed specifically to address climate change, but many were designed for other purposes: for example, to improve energy efficiency or to promote water conservation. All, however, directly or indirectly result in greenhouse gas reductions.
